Our Mission is to prepare our students academically, linguistically, and socially to succeed. To provide relevant learning in two vital languages ensuring students attain biliteracy and a world-class multicultural education. To engage students in personalized learning experiences that integrate essential skills: Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking, Creativity, and Civic Responsibility. To embrace struggle while developing and promoting a Growth Mindset towards learning and Self-Efficacy.

The Chula Vista Elementary School District (CVESD) is kicking off year two of its Parent Ambassador Program for the 2026–27 school year, continuing its commitment to enhancing family engagement and collaboration with families across the district.

CVESD welcomed over 1,500 families, staff, and community members from across the district to its 5th Annual Community Expo on Saturday, July 25, kicking off the 2026–27 school year.

To better serve our families and community, in the 2025-26 school year, the Chula Vista Elementary School District debuted redesigned websites with numerous improvements in accessibility and navigation, as well as a new Chatbot to provide real-time and after hours support.
